Good evening Hallman Community! This is Jessica Brenden, principal of Hallman Elementary School with the Hallman Top FOUR. Here are four things to know this week.
- Some of our end-of-year assessments will be taken on chromebooks. Starting this week, students will need to bring their chromebooks and chargers back and forth to school EACH DAY they attend. Again, starting this week, students need to bring chromebooks back and forth to school. All technology will be turned in at the end of the year (even if broken). More information will be shared soon about that.
- There will be a summer enrichment academy at Hallman this summer! We are SUPER excited about it! It is open to all students who will be in kindergarten, first grade, second grade, or third grade in the 2021-2022 school year. A link to the registration form has been sent to your email addresses. The Hallman Summer academy will take place July 7 through July 30. - Its time to get excited about next year! Schools are planning and we need you to register or verify that you are coming back to Hallman so we can plan classes. A link was sent to your email: https://salkeiz.k12.or.us/news/online-enrollment-process-2021-22/
- Throughout May, we have organized times on Wednesday and Thursday evenings to meet with families to hear about your experiences at Hallman so we can begin to dismantle systems of oppression. A letter has been sent with the dates and times of those meetings. Please choose those you feel most comfortable attending.
